How I Cured My Eustachian Tube Dysfunction

Eustachian tube dysfunction (ETD) is a condition where the eardrum does not properly seal the middle ear cavity. This causes fluid buildup and pressure inside the ear, causing pain and hearing loss.

There are two types of ETDs: acute and chronic. Acute ETD occurs suddenly after a viral infection or head injury. Chronic ETD usually develops over time due to repeated exposure to loud sounds.

I had suffered from chronic ETD for years until I found out about a natural treatment called the Eustachian Tube Massage Technique. During this, I also found a list of the best nasal sprays available in the marketing for cure ETD on HubFLX. After using this technique for only three weeks, I was able to cure my ETD completely.

In this article, I will discuss how you can treat your own eustachian tube dysfunction at home with simple techniques that anyone can do.

My ETD Infection Story

I’ve been suffering from chronic ETD since childhood. It started when I was just 2 months old. I would get really sick every few days, especially during colds. I remember my parents taking me to
the doctor’s office so many times because they were worried about my ears hurting all the time. The doctors couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. They gave me lots of different medications but nothing worked.
Then one day, I saw an ad on TV for the Eustachian tube massage technique. I was intrigued by it. So I did some research online and found out that there are several ways to treat ETD naturally. One way is to use a special device called an Ear Plug. Another method is to apply heat to the external auditory canal. But I didn’t want to spend money on any gadgets and I didn’t have access to a heating pad. That’s when I decided to try the Eustachian Tub Massage Technique.
This technique uses a rubber band to gently squeeze the eardrum to open up the eustachian tube. You don’t need any tools or equipment to perform this technique. All you need is a piece of cloth and a pair of scissors. Here’s how to perform the Eustachian tub massage technique:
My Home Remedy To Treat ETD

1. First, cut a piece of cloth into a long strip. Make sure it’s wide enough to cover both of your ears.
2. Fold the cloth in half lengthwise. Then fold it again lengthwise. Now you should have four layers of fabric.
3. Take each layer and place them around your ears like a hat. Try to make sure that the edges of the fabric touch your skin. If you’re having trouble fitting the fabric around your ears, you can tie it together with a knot.

4. Put the other end of the rubber band through the loop of the first layer of fabric. Pull the fabric tight against your head.
5. Wrap the rest of the rubber band around your head several times. You’ll notice
that the rubber band is getting tighter as you wrap it around your head. When you reach the last layer, pull the rubber band taut.
6. Tie the ends of the rubber band together.

7. Place the rubber band between your fingers and press down firmly. This will cause the eardrum to expand slightly.
8. 8. Repeat steps 5-7 for 10 minutes per ear. Do this twice daily for 30 days.

After performing the Eustachian massages for 3 weeks, I noticed that my symptoms of ETD had disappeared. I no longer felt dizzy or had pain in my ears. In fact, I never got sick again!
If you suffer from chronic ETD, then I highly recommend trying this technique. It has helped thousands of people worldwide.
