My Home Remedy To Treat ETD
1. First, cut a piece of cloth into a long strip. Make sure it’s wide enough to cover both of your ears.
2. Fold the cloth in half lengthwise. Then fold it again lengthwise. Now you should have four layers of fabric.
3. Take each layer and place them around your ears like a hat. Try to make sure that the edges of the fabric touch your skin. If you’re having trouble fitting the fabric around your ears, you can tie it together with a knot.
4. Put the other end of the rubber band through the loop of the first layer of fabric. Pull the fabric tight against your head.
5. Wrap the rest of the rubber band around your head several times. You’ll notice
that the rubber band is getting tighter as you wrap it around your head. When you reach the last layer, pull the rubber band taut.
6. Tie the ends of the rubber band together.
7. Place the rubber band between your fingers and press down firmly. This will cause the eardrum to expand slightly.
